Bill Keimig, D.Min.
HMA Director
Dr. Bill Keimig is the Director of the Catechetical Institute (CI) at Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio. For 15 years, he served as the Director of Religious Education at St. Mary’s of Piscataway Catholic Church in Clinton, Maryland. Along with this work, Dr. Keimig served as a master catechist in the Hearts Aflame and Faith Foundations catechist formation programs for the Archdiocese of Washington, DC. Dr. Keimig has served as a speaker in many other settings, including at the annual St. John Bosco Conference in Steubenville for over two decades, and at major venues in over 90 dioceses. He served for nine years as the Director of the Association for Catechumenal Ministry (ACM), which assists dioceses in training clergy and laity to do RCIA ministry, and was the managing editor of ACM’s series of RCIA texts currently used in thousands of U.S. parishes and in many other countries. He also served for nine years as a volunteer counselor for a local crisis pregnancy center. Dr. Keimig holds a Doctorate in Ministry from the Catholic University of America, and a Master’s Degree in Theology and Christian Ministry with a Certification in Catechetics from Franciscan University. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Management from the University of Maryland in environmental policy. He and his wife, Heather, have six children running around: Rose, William, Julianna, Theodore, Elizabeth, and Gregory.

Heather Keimig, MSN

Heather Keimig has earned some fine degrees (BS in Human & Organizational Development, MSN in Nursing) from a fine institution of higher learning (Vanderbilt), but chose to spend most of her life raising & educating the Keimigs’ six children and caring for her mother-in-law during her final years of Alzheimer’s. Before all that began, Heather worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner and the Director of the Natural Family Planning Office for the Archdiocese of Washington, among other jobs along the way. Most recently, she has worked extremely part-time for the Diocese of Steubenville helping in, first, the Vocations Office and, more recently, the Office for Marriage & Family Life, while primarily continuing to homeschool however many kids were still at home any given year. Because of her varied life training and experiences, she brings a variety of different and divergent skills to the OhioAMap venture from NFP training to the woes of Algebra instruction, from home birthing to professional band-aid application. Her abiding passions are the Lord Jesus Christ & His Church and her family. Also high in the running of “favorite things” are reading, embroidery and gardening.
Antonia Seman, MA, LMHC

Antonia is a licensed mental health counselor in the states of Indiana and Kentucky. She completed her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville, and since then, she has gained experience working as a counselor in parish, school, community, and private settings. Her various experiences have given her the opportunity to work with clients of all ages, and she have been trained and equipped to work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment issues, grief and loss, addiction, marital problems, and parenting concerns. She utilizes evidence based approaches and incorporates the faith as each client is comfortable. In her relationships with her clients, she takes a team approach and incorporate a client's own strengths, gifts, and life experiences to help each person reach his or her goals. She always respects a person's personal background and beliefs; however, what she has noticed is that healing can best occur when we choose to invite Jesus to walk with us on our journey. In her free time, you can usually find her enjoying time with her husband and two little ones, drinking coffee, making her favorite recipes, gardening, reading, and taking walks. Her favorite part of her job is helping others heal from past wounds and find authentic joy in their relationship with themselves, others, and God.
Tim Seman, MA

Tim Seman is a member of the Chaldean Catholic Church, one of the Eastern Catholic Churches in full communion with Rome. Born and raised in Michigan, he was actively involved in parish ministry for more than a decade, serving in both Chaldean and Roman Catholic parishes. Tim holds a Master of Arts in Theology and Christian Ministry with a Certification in Catechetics from Franciscan University of Steubenville and a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Theology from Sacred Heart Major Seminary as a lay student. He currently serves as the Director of Evangelization at St. Simon the Apostle Catholic Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. Tim is married to his wife, Antonia, whom he met while attending Franciscan University. Together they have two children, Maria and Noah, and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their third child.
Katrina Herlambang, MA

Katrina Herlambang first encountered the Catechetical Institute in the Summer of 2016 when she was still a student, and she has been sticking around since then. Currently, she serves as the Educating in Christ project coordinator, video content editor, motion graphic creator, and partnership liaison for the Asia & Oceania region. In 2019 she finished her Masters of Arts in Theology and Christian Ministry with a Catechetics Specialization Program from Franciscan University of Steubenville, while previously she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Aquatic and Fishery Science with a minor in Marine Biology from the University of Washington, Seattle. Up to high-school, Katrina grew up in Indonesia and prior to coming to Franciscan she had some experiences creating and facilitating retreats, talks, and formation for all ages in multiple countries. She is grateful for the time God has allowed her to keep growing through her involvement with the work of the Catechetical Institute, and is amazed seeing how the Lord has been transforming her from being a fisherman into a fisher of men!
Fr. Branislav Kozuch

Fr. Brano is a Catholic priest of the Diocese of Spiš, Slovakia, ordained in 2002. After serving in parish ministry, he spent eighteen years in youth ministry, developing evangelization and formation programs and forming those who accompany young people in their Christian lives. For two years, he served as Director of the Catholic Pedagogical and Catechetical Center in Slovakia, which supports catechesis, religious education in schools, and the professional development of religion teachers and others involved in catechetical ministry. He earned a Master's degree in Catholic Theology from the Comenius University Theological Institute in Spišská Kapitula. His years of pastoral ministry led him to pursue doctoral studies at the Catholic University in Ružomberok, where his research focuses on the ongoing formation of priests. His current ministry is connected with the Catechetical Institute at Franciscan University of Steubenville. Fr. Brano is passionate about forming and supporting those who form others in the faith. An integral part of his vocation is evangelization and accompanying young people on the journey of missionary discipleship. The mercy of the Good Shepherd is the source of his life and the heart of his ministry, and he desires to share it with others.
